Day 58: Strawberry Smoothie

Today I made strawberry smoothies.  They are a delicious way to get in some extra vitamins.  This recipe makes two servings but can easily be doubled to make more. Hope you enjoy!






































Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, coarsely chopped
1 cup crushed ice
juice from two large oranges (approximately 1/2 cup)
3 T sugar

Directions
1) Add all ingredients into a blender.
2) Blend on high until very smooth.
3) Pour into glasses and serve with a straw.
