Day 61: Caesar Salad

1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 T red wine vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 egg
salt and pepper
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
1 cup croutons3 anchovy filets, finely chopped

1)In a small bowl combine oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, lemon juice salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
2) Whisk egg into dressing until combined.
3) Add anchovies and mix well.
4) Toss lettuce with the sauce and add grated cheese and croutons.
