Day 78: Smoked Salmon & Thyme Spinach Wrap

6 tortilla shells
1 small package of smoked salmon
4 cups spinach leaves
6 oz cream cheese
3 T fresh thyme leaves
6 T caesar salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste

1) Spread cream cheese down the centre of each tortilla shell.
2) Layer remaining ingredients on top of the cream cheese.
3) Roll the wrap tightly and cut in half.
