Day 86: Tomato Thyme Crisps

1 pkg classic water crackers
1 pkg plain cream cheese
approximately 30 tiny roma tomatoes, halved
fresh thyme
salt and pepper to taste

1) Spread crackers with a layer of cream cheese.
2) Salt and pepper the cream cheese.
3) Arrange tomato halves on top of the cream cheese.
4) Top crackers with a few thyme leaves and serve on a platter.
