Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken, cooked, deboned and sliced
2 T cajun spice
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 T olive oil
Direction
1) In a fry pan heat olive oil and add chicken. Stir and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
2) Add spices and garlic to chicken and stir until chicken is coated.
3) Cook chicken until heated through.
4) Serve with a salad or on a sandwich.
