Day 116: Open-Faced Baby Roma & Cheese on Toast

1 slice white bread, toasted and buttered
3 slices marble cheese
3-4 baby roma tomatoes sliced in 1/3 pieces.
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch dry basil

1) Arrange cheese on warm toast.
2) Lay tomatoes on top of cheese.
3) Season with basil, salt and pepper.
