Day 127: Orange & Leaf Green Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

2 oranges, peeled and divided into segments
3 lettuce leaves, torn into bite-sized pieces
3 tsp pecans, chopped coarsely
2 tsp dry currants
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (recipe here)

1) Arrange oranges and lettuce in individual serving dishes.
2) Sprinkle with nuts and currants.
3) Dress with balsamic vinaigrette.
