Day 131: Linguine with Marinara Sauce

1 can (26 oz) diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

1) In a fry pan heat oil and cook garlic until soft.
2) Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper and let simmer for 20-25 minutes.
3) Garnish with freshly grated parmesan.
