Day 161: Mini Chicken Salad Pockets

4 mini pita pockets
1 chicken breast, baked or roasted and shredded
1 cup baby greens
1/4 cup caesar salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste

1) Slice 1/4" off one side of each of the pockets.
2) Stuff pockets with chicken, greens and caesar dressing.
3) Season with salt and pepper.
